Odoo Project (Episode 1) - Project Planning Pre-requisites

To use Project planning, we have some. Pre-requisites like define all employees roles within your company, role shifts, each shift working hours& attach those roles to each project. Roles can also linked to each employee. Now planning can work as per employee availabilty.

Odoo Project (Episode 2) - Project Tasks Creation

On each service product created within your Products screen, you decide how these products will be attached to each Project as a task within the project and how these service (Task) will be billed to your customer also the allocated hours to each Service (Task).

Odoo Project - Project Planning (Episode 3)

With Odoo Project Planning you can generate Project plan as per your Employee roles in each project you can also schedule by each resource(Employee or Equipment) or by project or by each sales order. you can see the plan in a calendar view, Gantt view, kanban view, graph view etc..

Odoo Project - Project Planning (Episode 4)

With Odoo Project planning you can add more resources by adding new shifts. You can assign a particular service to an employee like training and reflect the whole project plan by pressing on plan orders.

Odoo Projects (Episode 5) - Project Profitability (P&L)

On each project you can post each single service and it's corresponding Cost and revenues taking the cost from employee cost per hour in HR/Employee module and the revenue from hourly rate recorded at Sales/sales order. Both cost and revenue multiplied by the actual hours recorded at employee timesheet. finally you can reach to the project productivity (P&L).
