Previously, Odoo supported the Pick-Pack-Ship process, enabling businesses to handle delivery operations efficiently. With the release of Odoo 18, this workflow has been taken to the next level!

Now, the three-step delivery process—Pick, Pack, and Ship—can be executed step-by-step, ensuring smoother transitions between stages. Each step generates the next operation only after validation, giving businesses better control and flexibility in their logistics workflows.

🔄 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗜𝘁 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗢𝗱𝗼𝗼 𝟭𝟴

1️⃣ Pick: Gather products from the warehouse based on removal strategies.

👉 Once validated, the Pack operation is created.

2️⃣ Pack: Prepare items in a dedicated packing zone.

👉 Validate this step, and the Ship operation is generated.

3️⃣ Ship: Finalize the process by moving shipments to the output location for delivery.
